Trademark & availability launcher
Type a name once and open every search you need: official trademark databases, domain registries, social handles and the open web. The name is copied to your clipboard on each click so you can paste it straight in.
Reading the results: look for identical and similar-sounding marks in the same or related classes of goods and services (Nice classes). A live mark for a different product category may not block you; a similar mark in your category likely will. Note filing dates, owners and status (live, pending, dead).
A practical clearance routine
- Knock-out search (10 minutes). Exact-match web search, the main trademark office for your country, and the .com. If any are clearly taken by a business like yours, move on.
- Similarity search. Search phonetic variations, plurals and alternate spellings. Trademark examiners compare sound, appearance and meaning, not just spelling.
- Class check. Identify the Nice classes you’ll trade in — for example, class 25 for clothing, 35 for retail and advertising services, 42 for software and SaaS.
- Markets. Search every country you plan to sell in within the next three years. WIPO’s Global Brand Database covers many offices at once.
- Professional opinion. Before you invest in signage, packaging or a big launch, pay a trademark attorney or agent for a clearance opinion.
Not legal advice. This page links to public search tools to help you research. Search results are not a guarantee that a name is available or registrable. Laws differ by country — consult a qualified trademark professional before filing or launching.
